Trickster (was Blast) is a productivity booster application that places all recently used files at user’s fingertips, providing him with a fast and easy access to them.
Trickster keeps track of all the files the user has been recently using on his Mac. With Trickster, all these documents are just one click away. The user can access the file list anytime by clicking on the application icon in the menu bar, and perform multiple actions on the files: open, preview, move and more.
What’s New
Version 2.7:
- Trickster’s window can now be dragged by the top or bottom bar to detach it from the icon in the menu bar. It can then be reattached by bringing the window close to the icon. Very useful to reduce the amount of dragging you need to do on large monitors.
- Monitoring can now be paused to save CPU resource during file-intensive operations or when running operations that create a lot of files that you don’t want to see in Trickster. Trickster can be paused from its main menu (bottom-right button) or using Mac’s Defaults mechanism (see User Manual for details on that).
- Cosmetic fixes and improvements
