The prism asking me for serial number, is there any way to have the full version
Please be warned that if you click the tab “About Prism” on Prism Version 9.4.0 (poster June 9, 2022), it will demand you to fill out the activation code. If you accidentally click the tab “About Prism,” do not accept to use “View Mode,” otherwise your computer will remember (i.e. save preferences) that you do not have an activation code, and it will always open Prism in “view mode” automatically.
To fix the problem, delete all preference files (=”. plist” files) created by Prism/Graphpad hidden in Library/Preferences/… and other locations. Then, try reinstall Prism.
It’s a real annoyance.
After updating to MacOS Ventura, GraphPad Prism 9.4.1 downloaded from here crashes every time when launching on my Mac. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this issue?
